We offer free standard shipping on all US orders.

Once dispatched, standard US delivery typically takes 2–5 business days.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to destinations available at checkout. All orders ship from the United States.

Shipping rates vary by product type:

• Mugs & Pillows: from $10

• Blankets & Wall Tapestries: from $25

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

• Europe & UK: 3–15 business days

• Rest of the World: up to 45 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

Production Time

All products are made to order.

Production time before shipping is 1–3 business days for woven blankets and wall tapestries, and 2–5 business days for all other items (including pillow covers, plush velveteen blankets, and mugs). Personalized items and peak periods may take longer. Please check the individual product page for any product-specific production information.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders ship from the United States.

EU orders under €150: import VAT is prepaid by our production partner, so nothing should be charged on delivery.

EU orders over €150 and all other international orders: import VAT, customs duties and carrier handling fees are not included in the price and may be charged by the carrier on delivery.

Unless these charges are specifically shown and collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping charges. The amount is set by the customs authority of the destination country.

Customs processing may also affect delivery times.
