If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the amount paid for the cancelled item will be refunded.

Because colours can appear differently depending on your screen or device, the colour shown online may vary slightly from the physical product.

Our products are made to order through our production partners. Materials, sizes, production methods, and care instructions are stated on the relevant product page.

3. Personalized Products

Where personalization is offered, you are responsible for entering the requested name, initials, wording, or other details correctly.

Personalization will be produced using the information submitted with your order.

If you request a mock-up, production may be delayed until the mock-up has been approved.

Products made to your individual specifications or clearly personalized may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns where an applicable legal exception permits this.

This does not affect your rights if an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise covered by mandatory consumer law.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency selected or shown for your location where available.

Shipping charges, taxes, duties, or other applicable charges are displayed at checkout where they are collected by us.

For international orders, additional customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges may be imposed by the destination country where they are not collected at checkout.

Because products enter production quickly, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has begun.

6. Production and Shipping

Our products are made to order.

Production time before shipping is 1–3 business days for woven blankets and wall tapestries, and 2–5 business days for all other items. Personalized items and peak periods may take longer.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Returns, Refunds and Damaged Items
