Returns and change of mind

Except where applicable law provides otherwise, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind because our products are made to order.

If your order is eligible for a statutory right of withdrawal, including where applicable under European Union consumer law, those statutory rights apply as described below.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at contact@timelessbohochic.com with your order number and photographs of the issue.

We will review the problem and provide an appropriate solution. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Personalized and custom products

Products made to your individual specifications or clearly personalized, including items customized with a name, initials, text, or other customer-requested details, cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind except where required by law.

This exclusion does not apply where an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise covered by applicable statutory rights.

European Union 14-day right of withdrawal

If your order is delivered to a consumer in the European Union and the statutory right of withdrawal applies, you may notify us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your individual specifications or goods that are clearly personalized, where the applicable legal exception applies.

After notifying us, you must return the goods in accordance with the instructions we provide. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless the item is defective, incorrect, or we agree otherwise.

You may examine the goods only as you reasonably would in a physical shop. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Where the statutory EU right of withdrawal applies, we will reimburse payments due under applicable law, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option where required. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds

When a return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If a refund has been approved but has not appeared after 15 business days, please contact us at contact@timelessbohochic.com.

Return shipping

For an eligible change-of-mind return, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If an item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide instructions regarding the appropriate remedy and any applicable return shipping costs.
